My phone is different from the picture on the products. Will the picture be adjusted to fit my phone?
If your phone has its camera placed in a different position than the one on the product, we adjust the printing to portray the main part of the image the best as possible. If you are worried about the outcome of the printing, you can contact us by email (email@example.com) and tell us that you require a preview and provide your phone model and we'll aim to send you the preview within 48 hours.
How long will it take for my product to be delivered to my provided address?
For all UK orders, we aim to get your product to you within 7-14 working days. All UK orders are shipped through Royal Mail. If you chose tracked delivery at checkout, your tracking details will be sent to you after the order is dispatched. Please allow 3 working days for us to dispatch the order. Please note that due to the current postal service strikes in the UK, your delivery might be delayed. Please note that this is out of our control and you will need to contact royal mail and provide your reference number for further inquiries. For orders outside of the UK, we aim to deliver your order within 10-20 working days.
I chose 'tracked delivery' at checkout but I am yet to receive it. When will I be provided with my tracking number?
Usually, orders require up to 3 working days to be dispatched and to be in the hands of the shipping provider. Once the shipping providers process the parcel, they will provide the tracking number to us and from there, we will email you your tracking number and where to track it. Please allow 3-4 working days for us to provide you with those details.
I received my order but my order was damaged or mishandled. Can I return my order?
If you see that there is clear damage to your product or the item was mishandled, you can request a refund by emailing us. We will try to get back within 24 hours. If the item was damaged by the delivery service then we will not accept a refund. When emailing us about a refund, please send a picture of the damage and send us the order reference number. You have 7 days to process a refund once the item is delivered.
